二舅公薑母茶 「二舅公」是大家所熟識的名字，相信大家都去過苗栗的南庒吧
在百年郵局的對面就會看到大大的「二舅公」三個字，
冬天的時後，大家只要路過，就會有一杯熱騰騰的免費的薑母茶送到你的手中，香味四溢，
此薑母茶是用苗栗產的老薑，加上桂圓、紅棗、純黑糖熬煮而成，
因他的真材實料，還有用「愛心」的熬煮製作，
引來了台灣本土和外國人遊客的青睞
曾在新竹的內灣老街，每年吸引了不少的馬來西亞，香港 ，新加坡的遊客來回購，
（因疫情關係內灣已停止營業）在2020年「客家名物選拔」活動拿到獎後順利的進入國際機場銷售
薑母茶塊的包裝非常方便攜帶，獨立包裝外出時，
只需要一粒薑母塊放在保溫杯裏熱水沖泡約15分鍾融化即可飲用，
當然在家用小鍋子煮也可以，
融化後，稍稍小火悶煮，口感更佳 薑母茶塊大家都很熟悉的 他具有保暖 會幫助血液循環 的作用，尤其女生MC來，
